Kicking things off with a visit to the iconic restaurant by world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, known from the popular show Hell's Kitchen. Situated on the third floor of ICONSIAM, this establishment is now open to welcome guests to experience a variety of exquisite dishes, including Chef Ramsay's signature creations. The ambiance evokes the essence of London, inspired by his flagship restaurant near St. Regis Cathedral in London, seamlessly blending with the stunning views of the Chao Phraya River. Here, guests can enjoy a luxurious yet friendly atmosphere, whether dining indoors or al fresco.

The menu, as expected, lives up to its reputation for exceptional quality. Begin your meal with a cocktail carefully crafted specifically for this venue, paired with an extensive selection of fine wines. The main courses offer an impressive range, from the renowned Beef Wellington to crispy Fish & Chips, or the indulgent Sticky Toffee Pudding. Special dishes unique to this branch include Crab & Avocado Toast, Slow-cooked Massaman Beef Cheek, and a Seafood Platter featuring Canadian lobster, tiger prawns, fresh blanched clams, Finca Claire oysters, Arctic snow crab, and more. One of the most exciting new destinations for Italian cuisine is the debut restaurant in Thailand by Michelin-starred chef and owner Paulo Airaudo. Bringing the excellence of Italian food to Bangkok, Chef Airaudo combines the timeless elegance of Florence's heritage with the rich historical essence of Tuscany. The result is a unique menu that blends authentic Italian recipes with innovative twists never before tasted. The focus is on fresh fish and seafood, as well as premium seasonal ingredients carefully sourced from producers worldwide. The use of an open-flame grill to prepare meats and seafood follows traditional Italian methods, creating signature dishes such as the Duck Cappelletti—an exquisite pasta shaped like small hats, filled with tender, subtly flavoured duck. Other dishes continue to captivate, not only with their flavour but with their visually striking presentations, such as a starter of Hamachi fish served alongside beetroot in the shape of a rose.

The name "Sartoria," which translates to "tailoring" in Italian, is a nod to the city's renowned tradition of tailoring in Florence. This concept is reflected in the restaurant's décor, designed to transport diners to the workshop of the first tailor in the ancient Tuscan city. The interior is elegantly minimalistic, adorned with real wood panels and complemented by an open kitchen, allowing guests to witness the craftsmanship behind each dish. This interactive element enhances the dining experience, inviting visitors to engage with the process and enjoy every step of the culinary journey.

The restaurant, led by the renowned Michelin 2-star chef David Toutain and Michelin Green Star-awarded chef Valentin Fouache, offers a menu inspired by the concept of "the connection between food and nature." Together, they craft an extraordinary culinary journey, blending exceptional skills to create an awe-inspiring dining experience for all guests.The dishes not only boast outstanding flavours, achieved through flawless French culinary techniques, but they are also visually stunning, crafted with meticulous artistry that reflects through taste, texture, and vibrant colours. Additionally, the restaurant embraces the Farm-to-Table concept, integrating it into the menu to create dishes that celebrate both simplicity and complexity, showcasing the chef's refined processes.

Upon entering Duet by David Toutain, guests will find a card on the dining table, detailing the origins and characteristics of the carefully selected ingredients. This card also provides an introduction to the 8-course menu, offering insights into each dish's background and the special techniques employed by the chefs in their creation.
