Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, Slinky Dog, Rex, Bo Peep, and more of the beloved characters from the Toy Story franchise are coming to Hong Kong. To celebrate Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 4 recently hitting the big screen in Hong Kong, Harbour City (the city’s largest mall) has been transformed into a themed carnival fantasy-land until August 4. 

The carnival will have games, challenges, workshops, an art exhibit, an interactive digital game, a Toy Story 4 pop-up store, a themed-dessert pop-up store and a Summer Splash Photo Fun hotspot. On top of all that, you’ll also get the opportunity to meet the characters and immerse yourself in everything Toy Story, finally getting a chance to be part of the fun that those toys get up to behind closed doors. 

There will be huge statues of the characters throughout the carnival, which fans can snap pictures with. These statues will extend out to the Ocean Terminal Deck, with the beautiful backdrop of Victoria Harbour.  

To make the carnival more interactive, fans can get their Our Toy Stories Passport for free, which can be used to collect stamps and take part in special activities throughout the carnival. The carnival is also welcoming Toy Story‘s newest owner, Bonnie, by offering some free tokens for the games to anyone with the same name. 

Toy Story will also be taking over Hong Kong Disneyland until September 1, 2019 with the Toy Story & Pixar Pals Summer Splash. Characters from Toy Story and other Pixar films are going to be at the park to party with their fans. They’ll be putting on a Pixar Water Play Street Party, with a new array of floats, water elements and performances. Disneyland will bring some of the special Toy Story-themed Summer Splash treats to Harbour City as well.
