When you think of Rolls Royce, you’d never imagine that one day the renowned British luxury car maker would ever come out with its own SUV. With the SUV sector becoming more and more popular, the Rolls Royce Cullinan finally lands in Hong Kong.
After its launch yesterday and being able to witness the car up close, it truly combines luxury, performance and usability. This car no longer appeals just to the socialites and the gentry but to more sophisticated and younger car enthusiasts who like to spell out ‘class’ in a capital ‘C’.
As Rolls Royce continues to evolve, one can certainly tell that the days of the chauffeur-driven car are simply fading away to more luxurious self-driven status symbols that don’t compromise on functionality and performance. With so many swanky models to choose from – you’ve got the Rolls Royce Wraith, Royce Rolls Ghost, Rolls Royce Dawn, Rolls Royce Black Badge and finally the new Rolls Royce Cullinan – who’d would ever just want to sit in the backseat?
I must admit that SUVs in general are not my cup of tea but after yesterday’s experience with the new Cullinan, I am totally in love and can’t wait to have one of my own. Who cares about the off-road functions, when you have a Rolls Royce that’s already a class of its own, exudes style and offers a great driving experience.
