New restaurant Censu has just opened its doors this July 15th, offering exquisite flavours by Japanese chef Shun Sato, whose experience traverses London, Sydney and Hong Kong. On top of the traditional izakaya-style cooking of his father, Sato brings more refined and ingredient-focused dishes such as the sliced raw squid with green apple daikon fermented white kimchi, and Unigiri.
For the first time in Asia, the art exhibition is more interactive than ever with hundreds of pendulums that are suspended from automated grids that rock around according to set pattern. Weave into and dance around William Forsythe’s Nowhere and Everywhere at the Same Time No.2, which is running from now until Monday, 19 July 2021.
