There are also thoughtfully crafted cocktails and mocktails like the Blue House, a vibrant tequila-based cocktail featuring homemade butterfly pea syrup, zesty lime juice, chocolate-flavoured liqueur (Creme de Cacao) and orange-flavoured liqueur (Cointreau); and Frida’s Orchard, a refreshing fruity mocktail blends orange juice and mango juice with homemade osmanthus syrup and a finish of peach and jasmine soda.
Oh, and those that catch the Hong Kong Ballet’s production of Frida at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts's Lyric Theatre from April 4 to 6 are entitled to a 15 percent discount on the exquisite afternoon tea set.

Fiata

Fiata Pizzeria in Central has made a record number of 320 pizzas in a day, but the 50-seater pizzeria is bound to get a whole lot busier after placing third on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific list 2025. Founder and chef Salvatore Fiata's personal favourite ingredient is mortadella, a large salume made of finely ground cured pork, which is a key ingredient on the menu here.
Expect to see mortadella paired with different ingredients here. Every six months, he switches the toppings that pair well with it. So far, there have been five versions: ricotta/mortadella, pistachio/pesto/mortadella, burrata/mortadella and the current one on the menu is Bronte 5.0 (HK$225), which consists of pistachio, lemon, ricotta, semi-dried tomatoes and mortadella. We are told it's a bestseller that's always sold out, so count yourself lucky if you manage to order one.
Another specialty pizza here is a classic in Napoli, the Provola e Pepe, which is like a Margherita but smoked.

La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison is partnering with Pearl Lam Galleries for a restaurant exhibition. From March 17 to April 16, Blooming Shields showcases Nigerian artist Ayobola Kekere-Ekun's works at the Mediterranean-style rendezvous at H Queen’s, Central.
To complement the exhibition, LPM has crafted a limited-time cocktail and dessert pairing inspired by the artworks. The dessert, Rum Baba, Strawberry and Coconut Cream (HK$138) embodies the zestful spirit of the exhibition through its colorful presentation and creative inspiration. Plated with bright strawberry coulis and dollops of whipped cream, it echoes Kekere-Ekun’s dynamic African hues.
Meanwhile, the themed cocktail is called Jardin de Fleurs (HK$128). This bespoke concoction features a lively blend of rose wine, elderflower liqueur, champagne cordial, and vodka, all complemented by peach & jasmine soda. Crowned with bergamot and raspberry foam, the cocktail begins with a delightful fizz, gradually revealing a harmonious symphony of floral aromas and fruity flavors. The presentation evokes the inspirational exploration of gender and nature of the exhibition.
