Fragrant, delicate and crisp, what the cold brewed chamomile tea-infused cocktail Italian 75 at Tempo Tempo tastes like. Blended with Malfy Gin con Limone, Italicus rosolio di bergamotto, fresh lemon juice, and champagne, it is citrusy yet retains the distinctive flavours of chamomile tea.

Renowned French steak house Bifteck offers three tea-infused cocktails to keep meat and seafood lovers happy. Diners can select drinks based on their booze preference, from vodka to sake.

Fruit lovers can go for the Murakino, a vodka-based cocktail with butterfly pea syrup and pineapple juice. Matcha Yoguruto is the perfect option for adventurous drinkers who want to try a sake-based cocktail comprised of matcha latte liquor and yoghurt.

Please Don’t Tell

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental’s speakeasy Please Don’t Tell is another option to try in Central. If you’re into Taboocha Kombucha, the V.S.O. Tea offers hints of ginger and goji berries with a splash of Taboocha Kombucha. It accentuates the earthy qualities of the cognac. The drink is garnished with Green tea and jasmine.

Please Don’t Tell also provides a visually pleasing experience. The entrance is a mock phone booth and the walls are decorated with dressed-up animal taxidermies.

The Pavilion

Offering one of the best sunsets in Hong Kong, The Pavillion at The Silveri Hong Kong provides two different gin-based tea cocktails. Blueming is flavoured with butterfly pea flowers, homemade butterfly pea and osmanthus tea syrup and a touch of citrus. It uses Perfume Trees gin as the base, and Campari, fresh lemon juice, and orange bitters.

Also gin-based, the Sleepy Village is infused with Jing tea. The cocktail is made with gin infused with rosebuds and topped with rose wine, creme de fraise and fresh strawberries.
