Gigi Hadid, Hailey Baldwin and Kylie Jenner almost seem like old news, now that a new generation of celebrity children are following in the footsteps of their supermodel mothers and actor fathers to hit the spotlight.
Kaia Gerber
It’s without doubt that the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford has the face of an angel. Already scoring multiple gigs at the young age of 14, Kaia Gerber’s fame continues to rise as she debuts as the face of Miu Miu’s latest eyewear collection, Scenique. The 5-minute short film follows Kaia as she dives into crystal clear waters, emerging with the pair of butterfly-shaped sunglasses reminiscent of the 50s.
Presley Gerber
Following the footsteps of his mother Cindy Crawford, the elder of the Gerber siblings, Presley walks the runway for Dolce and Gabbana’s spring/summer 2017 fashion show in Milan, just shortly after making his runway debut in Moschino Men’s spring 2017 show in LA, walking with seasoned supermodels such as Miranda Kerr, Devon Aoki and Chanel Iman. The 16 year-old, along with his sister and mother graced the glossy pages of Vogue Paris earlier this year.
Romeo Beckham
The second son of British heartthrob, David Beckham has certainly inherited his father’s good looks. At only 10 years old, he has already starred in Burberry’s short film for Christmas. Fast forward a year, he joined the fashion giant once again for a quintessentially British campaign, celebrating the 15th anniversary of hit musical, Billy Elliot, along with an all star entourage featuring Naomi Campbell, Rosie Huntington Whitely, James Corden, Juile Walters and last but not least, Sir Elton John, all donning Burberry’s coveted trench and cashmere scarves in their signature print.
Dylan Brosnan
The son of the former Bond actor, Pierce Brosnan stole the show with his soulful eyes back in 2014 modelling for Saint Laurent’s permanent line in a dapper tuxedo, and his runway debut for the brand’s Men’s Fashion Week last summer. This year, the 19-year-old guitarist stars in Burberry’s spring/summer campaign alongside Britain’s fresh new faces, modelling shirtless while donning the classic trench on his lean, statuesque physique.
Rafferty Law
Taking after his father’s good looks, Jude Law’s son, Rafferty struts along the runway for Esquire & DKNY Men a year after his debut on fashion film for Tiger of Sweden in 2013. While having modelled for a number of luxury brands at such a young age, the 19-year-old can be spotted recently along the runways of Dolce & Gabbana’s spring/summer 2017 fashion show, wearing this season’s coveted bomber jacket and matching shirt embellished with patterns of jazz instruments.
Iris Law
Modelling for British brand is Jude Law’s 15-year-old daughter, Iris Law. The campaign being a collaboration between Illustrated People and stylist Violetta Kassapi, with Iris dressed in dark “I would rather be sleeping” satin pyjamas while rocking vampy purple lips and 90s hairdo. Although she has yet to debut on the runway, young Iris appears to be exuding confidence and power in her latest photo shoot.
Georgia May Jagger
The younger daughter of the famous rock and roll singer Mick Jagger captured the hearts of many with her gap-toothed smile. At 24, she has already modeled for an extensive list of luxury brands, including Chanel, Miu Miu, H&M, Thomas Sabo and Vivienne Westwood. One may also recognize her signature pout from the latest campaigns of British drugstore cosmetics brand, Rimmel London.
Lily-Rose Depp
A spitting image of her father, Johnny Depp’s beloved daughter is hailed as Chanel’s ambassador, the face of the fashion powerhouse’s Pearl eyewear collection and new No.5 L’Eau fragrance, handpicked by the label’s creative director Karl Lagerfield. Lily-Rose has also walked the runway for Chanel’s Couture Fashion Week with celebrity millennial Lily Collins and Kendall, and fellow brand ambassador Kristen Stewart.
Jayden Smith
The son of Hollywood heavyweight Will Smith certainly got his father’s talents for acting, but it’s his eccentric sense of fashion that has heads turning his way. Jayden Smith has been announced as Louis Vuitton’s face for their latest womenswear collection in early 2016, a match made in heaven to showcase Louis Vuitton’s flexible masculine style, and Smith’s creative take on breaking society’s stereotypes.
Willow Smith
Will Smith’s daughter too, has got the flair for fashion, going from being an ambassador for Chanel, to fronting Chanel’s latest eyewear campaign shot by Karl Lagerfeld. The 15-year old trendsetter was just last year, signed on with The Society Management in New York, the same modeling agency that represents Kendall Jenner and was the face of Marc Jacob’s autumn/winter 2015 campaign.
