Bino N’Booze
The name says it all. Bino N’Booze is a new addition to the lively food scene of Sham Shui Po that offers Hong Kong flavours with new creative twists. From alcohol-infused signature soup bases to specialty beef cuts, their menu highlights the signature red wine oxtail and tomato soup, hand-cut steer beef and drunken chicken dumplings. For Mother’s Day special, they have launched a fish maw chicken soup base and coconut panna cotta to give beauty conscious mums a collagen boost.

Francis West
Transport to the other side of the world with your lady! Bringing fragrant spices and smoky notes to Peel Street, Francis West is the latest eatery in town with North Africa’s flavours. Start the feast with an array of cold and warm tapas such as stone-baked frena (a Moroccan flatbread), raw tuna with argan and spanner crab with chraime. Following the starters, diners can dig into their recommended meats – lamb merguez or beef kebab – and round it off with their signature knafeh.

Treat your mum to an exquisite dining experience with Sing Yin’s six-course Mother’s Day dinner set. Curated by the newly-appointed executive chef, Simon Wong has 35 years of masterful culinary experience under his belt. The exclusive menu serves hearty dishes that include double-boiled soup with honeydew melon and fish maw, lobster with egg white and caviar and bird’s nests with tofu, crafting a nourishing dining experience for the mums. For those who enjoy sharing an a-la-carte menu, their crispy stuffed sea cucumber with crab sauce and lychee wood-fried crispy chicken are not to be missed.

Sanwa Jo
Indulge in a taste of Japan this Mother’s Day. Sanwa Jo has curated a gastronomic omakase menu that serves eight specialty courses. Through employing a range of Japanese traditional techniques, the menu features straw-smoked fresh mackerel, king prawn teppanyaki with sea urchin and matsutake mushroom sauce, fish maw tempura with dried scallop and a breaded A5 saga wagyu sando, showcasing the artistry and authentic flavours of Japanese cuisine.

Spice up Mum’s special day with the vibrant flavours of India. The Chutney offers a four-course Mother’s Day menu which is available for lunch and dinner. Start your feast with bahji pakora, a crispy edamame chaat and dive into the sea with their charred lobster served with sauces blended in coconut and turmeric. Options for the main include the slow-cooked Beef Afghani or the house’s signature chutney butter chicken with your choice of basmati rice or freshly baked naan.

Hue Dining
Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic vistas of Victoria Harbour and pair it with Hue Dining’s three-course lunch menu or four-course dinner menu. Available on May 13 and 14, the celebration begins with a canapes selection and a choice of starters, including poached lobster with dashi and yuzu or butter-roasted French pigeon. For the main course, guests can choose between Australian wagyu bavette or black cod with buttermilk and caviar sauce. End the meal on a sweet note with their pavlova topped with salted mango or 95 percent dark chocolate with milk ice cream.
