It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. #legend100 influencers Evelyn Choi, Anjaylia Chan, Travis Li and Noel Li pass along their joyful spirit with Tod’s and share what this wonderful time of the year means to them as well as their hopes and dreams for 2022

Evelyn Choi

As 2021 comes to an end, what are you grateful for, and what are your biggest takeaways?

I’m most grateful that I have met a partner who is very compatible with me and for starting a new chapter in my life.

What comes to mind when you think of Christmas?

Love and sharing. I really like Christmas – the vibes, the bling-bling decorations and the Christmas tree. When we were young, my little sister and I were the happiest when we would put decorations on the Christmas tree.

What, to you, is the perfect Christmas gift?

Spending time with my best friends, family and my husband such as having dinner, drinking or joking around. 

What are your hopes for 2022?

I hope I’ll keep being busy with work. Everyone thinks you need to have children after you get married, so let’s see if we’ll be successful next year. Hopefully next year my friends can send me some Christmas gifts for babies. Hopefully, we can travel soon and, most importantly, good health for everyone.

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

Finish filming the show I’m in and do things I want to do. 

Anjaylia Chan

As 2021 comes to an end, what are you grateful for and what are your biggest takeaways?

I’m grateful that I was able to balance my family and career well. It’s great that I can continue to do things I like despite being pregnant, and have time and space to take care of my family.

What comes to mind when you think of Christmas?
I’m a Christian so I would think of Jesus’ birth. I also think of the Christian decorations we have at home.

What, to you, is the perfect Christmas gift?
Having a big party with friends and family, eating roast turkey for dinner and doing a lucky draw.

What are your hopes for 2022?

I hope we don’t have to wear masks, so everyone can put on pretty make-up, dress up nicely and enjoy going out normally.

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

I hope that after I give birth I can recover and get back to my normal state soon to work and work even better.

Travis Li

As 2021 comes to an end, what are you grateful for and what are your biggest takeaways?

I’m grateful that everyone, my friends and family, is healthy.

What comes to mind when you think of Christmas?
Christmas parties and good times with my friends and family. And Christmas shopping.

What, to you, is the perfect Christmas gift?
Christmas dinner with my family would be nice because my parents aren’t in Hong Kong, so I don’t get to see them much. 

What are your hopes for 2022?
Being able to travel and return to normal. I hope everyone is healthy and that everything gets better in the coming year.

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

I’m planning to get my fitness trainer license in the coming year, and I hope I can make that happen. 

Noel Li

As 2021 comes to an end, what are you grateful for and what are your biggest takeaways?

I’m grateful that the Covid situation is getting better. My biggest takeaway was being able to work with fashion brands I’d never worked with before. It was an honour for me to collaborate with them.

What comes to mind when you think of Christmas?

My name – Noël! Christmas is another birthday season for me. Haha, it’s a big deal!

What, to you, is the perfect Christmas gift?

Definitely my friends. They are my treasures! I can’t celebrate Christmas without having a good time with them.

What are your hopes for 2022?

I wish we could travel like the good old days! 

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

I’m planning a new business so I want to focus on this project. It’s a kick-start business related to travel – stay tuned!
