Stephanie Au

Stephanie Au is a four-time Olympian from Hong Kong who balances her sporting and fashion career while advocating for women’s participation in sports. After reaching her first Olympics at 16, Au remained dedicated to her training and academics, graduating from the University of California, Berkeley, in Environmental Economics and Policy. She also uses her platform to advocate for women in the sports community to empower them and ensure they do not face the same adversities she once faced. With her fellow swimmers, she created Mind the Waves, a platform that offers live sessions and events to discuss their mental health. Juggling female empowerment and professional swimming isn’t all that Au does, she has also acted as an ambassador for brands like Calvin Klein, Chanel and Nike. It is no wonder she was previously awarded the 24th Hong Kong Outstanding Students Awards.
