Siobhán Haughey

Siobhán Haughey is a competitive swimmer for Hong Kong. The half-Irish, Hong Kong athlete became the most decorated athlete in Hong Kong in one single edition of the 2023 Asian Games with two golds, one silver, and three bronzes. 2024 has been a major year for Haughey as she won Hong Kong its first gold medal for the World Aquatics Championships and two bronze medals at the Paris Olympics. She is an extremely dedicated athlete as she goes to the gym, and partakes in spin and pilates classes, all the while clocking in the hours in the pool. Despite her success, the swimmer already has a different career in mind once her swimming days are over. She plans to hit the books again and become a clinical child psychologist. The Cathay Pacific ambassador is a true inspiration as she has proven to balance her academic life and interests while displaying incredible performances in the water.
