Dragonfly
Dragonfly is a cosy boutique bespoke cocktail lounge and restaurant designed by master artist Ashley Sutton and inspired by the stunning works of 19th-century American artist Louis Tiffany. It’s a feast for the senses. Upon entering the bar, you are greeted by a giant dragonfly in the centre of the bar, and the stunning ceiling is adorned with mesmerising dragonfly wing pattern lighting.
Cocktails are made with passion by an international team of mixologists at the central bar. In addition, there is a varied and delicious menu. The comfortable, relaxed atmosphere makes Dragonfly perfect for a drink with friends, or in this case, your cool Dad.

Whisky & Words
Located in the heart of Central, Whisky & Words is a comfortable and elegant new whisky speakeasy for whisky lovers. The bar offers a carefully selected range of 300 whiskies from around the world. Cocktail lovers will also be delighted with the bespoke concoctions created by their passionate team of bartenders. The bar offers regular masterclasses led by distillery owners and whisky experts to help encourage customers to learn and appreciate their favourite whiskies. If you want to enjoy a masterfully crafted bespoke whisky in a wired and comfortable atmosphere, you might want to try Whisky & Words.

Mizunara: The Library
Tucked away in an unassuming commercial building in Wan Chai, Mizunara is not the easiest bar to spot. The bar is led by award-winning bartender Masahiko Endo, who can make you a custom cocktail using your favourite whisky. This Japanese watering hole has the look of a modern members club – all dark wood, sharp lines and shadowy interiors. More than 600 whiskies are on offer, including an impressive array of Japanese distilleries and lesser-known whiskies from India and Taiwan.

The Poet
A speakeasy-style bar in Central, The Poet showcases its expertise through an array of carefully crafted wines. The interior has the look and feel of a classic cocktail bar, with sky blue walls and backlit mirrors, marble tables, gold finishes and cosy corners. The extensive drink list includes whiskey, gin, bottled wine and signature cocktails inspired by the classics. With the bartender’s motto: “To us, all bartenders are poets! Poets use different ingredients, clever mixing techniques, and combine their ideas and imagination to create a cocktail.” The aim is to provide every customer with an amazing experience of fine wine.

Frank’s Library
The private library study and bar of classic English gentleman Frank Minza, Frank’s Library is hidden behind the curtains deep in Foxglove. This secret niche library was opened by the British curator himself. This speakeasy within a speakeasy can be found behind the velvet curtains – press the elevator button on the right and you’ll have access to the secret library. If you are on the lookout for a secluded and private space, Frank’s Library is one of your best bets.
