The North Face x Gucci collection lands in Hong Kong at an appropriate time, with the temperatures dropping and many of us itching to spend our free time outdoors. The partnership stems from both labels’ desire to celebrate the spirit of exploration – and with that comes a special cross-category collection that covers both men’s and women’s ready to wear, as well as accessories, luggages, shoes and even tents and sleeping bags in a ’70s inspired colour palette.
The collaboration finds the special The North Face x Gucci logo emblazoned on t-shirts, sweatshirts, waist bags and more. There’s also plenty of cold-weather friendly goose-down jackets and vests, plus nylon shirts, skirts and fleeces for layering. Don’t miss the logo hiking boot, which features eyelets and contrastingly rope-like laces.
Fabrication and packaging are also considered, as both brands are dedicated to eco-sustainable practices. Soft accessories and luggage are made from ECONYL® (a nylon fabric sourced from regenerated materials such as fish nets, carpets and other scraps), while all paper and cardboard packaging from this line come from sustainably managed forest sources that are fully recyclable.
