Cartier, Tiffany find new inspiration in coloured gemstones

Cartier and Tiffany bring colour to their latest design while Chaumet and Louis Vuitton find beauty in the brilliance of white diamonds

The jeweller taps actress Lily Collins to front its latest jewellery collection Clash [Un]Limited. The collection is a spin-off of the Clash de Cartier collection and features onyx and amethyst pyramid studs. Accentuated with pave of white diamonds, the designs of rings, bracelets and earrings offer a juxtaposition of edginess and elegance.

Together with artist Daniel Arsha, Tiffany & Co reimagines its iconic Bue Box and unveils a series of new jewellery pieces. The artist presents 49 bronze sculptures of the Blue Box in eroded bronze, dubbing the range as a take on ‘future antiques’.

The collaboration also includes the Tiffany Knot X Arsham Studio Bracelet, a piece that features the organic forms of a knot expressed in white gold, diamonds and tsavorites.

Drawing inspiration from its Torsade de Chaumet High Jewellery collection, the French jeweller gives the solitaire ring a twist, literally. The ribbon-like twirl design draws its silhouette from the scrolls of the frieze found on the Vendôme columns. The collection also includes matching earrings and pendant.

Delicate and feminine, Louis Vuitton’s Star Blossom jewellery collection turns the brand’s emblem into sparkling trinkets. Taking inspiration from the Monogram Flower, the house adds white gold and diamond references of rings and bracelets to the range.

Together with artist Tomo Koizumi, Fred takes on a fresh interpretation of Fredy’s Dolls collection, adding three adorable faces to the collection. First introduced in 1989, the three new dolls- Frou-Frou, Chouchou and Tutu are crafted in yellow gold and given pearly faces. Dressed in precious gems, the three dolls can be worn as brooches or pendants.
