Afternoon tea stalwarts Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong have collaborated with luxe beauty house Shiseido to create a Japanese-themed tea set, in celebration of the brand’s latest product launch – their Future Solution Legendary Enmei Ultimate Renewing Cream.

This decadent set features an array of teatime treats that showcase the finest Japanese ingredients, including enmei herb-infused mango and passionfruit macarons, red bean mochi, matcha and raspberry madeleines, and black sesame nougatine. Every guest will also receive a complimentary voucher for a Shiseido Future Solution Ultimate Longevity Skincare Set, valued at HK$950.

Sheraton Hong Kong’s “The Beauty & The Bee” afternoon tea is sure to create a buzz amongst the city’s beauty lovers – it’s a collaboration with legendary French skincare brand, Guerlain. Taking inspiration from Guerlain’s famed Abeille Royale collection, which harnesses the restorative benefits of honey in skincare, this exclusive set features a range of mini savouries and sweets made using locally-made longan honey.

Exquisitely-crafted delicacies include adorable bee-shaped orange cream cheesecakes, crispy foie gras tarts, pecan honey-infused sponge cakes, and free-flow scones. It looks like Kerry Hong Kong has taken a leaf out of Lizzo’s book and is blaming it on the juice this season – thanks to their fruity new afternoon tea collaboration with renowned French juice and jam-makers Alain Milliat.

Their “Fruitful Imagination” set includes an assortment of tantalising teatime goodies, such as smoked salmon tartare with pink grapefruit and avocado, mini choco berry opera rolls with red fruit jelly, and crispy pork rillettes with apple. However, the highlight has to be tableside scone service, where guests can choose between a fabulously fruity variety of freshly baked scones like lemon and yuzu, and chocolate and candied orange, to be served alongside their pick of Alain Milliat gourmet jams. Guests who share a photo of their tea experience on Instagram will also receive an Alain Milliat Rhône Perl mocktail on the house.

Laidback café/private room concept Cosmos has teamed up with serene wellness brand Rituals for an afternoon tea that’s certain to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revived.
