Cookie Vission opens in Tai Hang

Hong Kong’s cookie boom continues with the opening of Cookie Vission in Tai Hang. Now in its soft opening period (until 10 March 2021), the cute cookie corner store is opened by Hong Kong native and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Winnie Pang, whom you might recognise as the owner/creator of Oddies and the Eggie Parfait.
Cookie Vission will be serving not only their signature cookies (baked fresh every hour) but have added new and exciting items to the menu, including:
The Pookie: Cookies wrapped in a puff pastry – where the first flavour of the month is baked cheesecake with chocolate chip cookie.
Big Boy Milkshakes: Larger-than-life milkshakes with all the fixings. March’s flavour is a cookies n’ cream milkshake topped with cake, fudge, whipped cream, and mini cookies for good measure.
Ice cream sandwiches: Definitely IG-ready, and made with thinner cookies than their signatures.
Raw cookie dough: 600 grams of chocolate chip cookie dough for at-home baking.
As for drinks, wash those cookies down with a glass of cold milk (or almond milk), homemade hot chocolate with toasted marshmallow or a glass of refreshing homemade lemonade.
Cookie Vission signature flavours include Chocolate Chip Pecan, Nutella Hazelnut, Portuguese Egg Tart, Matcha Green Tea, Spiced S’mores, Oolong Tea, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Epic Chocolate amongst many more.
Cookie Vission, 6 Wun Sha Street, Tai Hang, open now from 9am-6pm, Monday to Sunday or until sold out (after 11 Mar, hours change to 8:30am-9pm, Monday to Sunday)
