It was at Paris Fashion Week last year when Lebanese luxury consultant turned fashion designer, Eli Mizrahi, debuted his first collection for his womenswear brand, Mônot.

Not surprisingly, it immediately made headlines for its bold, maximal-minimalist Balmain aesthetic, not-so-Balmain price tags and high-profile audience. Now, the emerging independent label has unveiled its first-ever campaign for the upcoming A/W 2020-21 collection – and is it ever stunning.

The star-studded campaign features some of Mizrahi’s most prominent top model-influencer friends (read: Kate Moss, Candice Swanepoel and Jourdan Dunn) shot against ethereal backdrops of UNESCO heritage site Al Ula, an ancient civilisation tucked away in the Saudi Arabian desert.

Shot by fashion photography duo Luigi and Iango, the models embody ‘effortless sexy’ as they pose against the curvature of dreamlike rock formations or simply lie around in the sand.

Mônot’s new line is all about high glamour and sensuality. The collection shows skin in all the right ways through impeccable tailoring – think waist-high slits, slinky cut-out dresses and structured blazers cropped to perfection.

The Mônot A/W 2020-2021 collection will be available at select retailers from 15 July.
