This month, we’re #obsessed with the latest releases from Chopard, Audemars Piguet, Loro Piana, Parmigiani Fleurier, Mr Porter x Bovet, and Tod’s.

Going for gold

Happy Sport – the watch designed “to accompany women in all their day-to-day activities” – was created by Chopard almost three decades ago to be the pinnacle of style and comfort. Now it’s taking those qualities even further with the case inspired by the golden ratio. The redesigned 33mm case, whose proportions are particularly well suited to the female wrist, is available in 11 new references in steel and ethical rose gold. It’s also being featured in Happy Sport the First, two limited-edition re-releases of the very first watch presented when the Happy Sport collection was launched.

Ice age

Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet has released a dazzling twist on its Royal Oak “Jumbo” Extra-Thin with three new diamond-set versions. Each 39mm model exhibits the brand’s unparalled design expertise and attention to detail, not even counting the 1,102 brilliant- cut diamonds across the case, bezel and bracelet. The dial, offered in light blue or black, boasts a “Petite Tapisserie” pattern framed by a white or rose gold case. To top it all off, an openworked oscillating weight harnesses the movements of the wearer’s wrist to power the timepiece.

Summer lovin’

Dress up your summer with Loro Piana’s accessories capsule “A Summer In Stripes”. Reinterpreted with clean lines and light fabrics in linen, cotton or raffia, the classic Stripe Tote is given a breezy new treatment and set to withstand any sunny ocean excursion – the cotton and linen versions are treated with anti-drop and stain. The collection also introduces the All You Need pouch. Inspired by the classic glove box, it can fit all your essentials and is also offered in cotton and linen canvas. A nice touch comes in the form of the striped strap, which can be personalised via the brand’s Made To Order service. Summer never looked better.

Small is beautiful

Reflecting its company mission to create a more sustainable, circular and inclusive fashion system, men’s online style destination Mr Porter has launched a curated selection of global brands that are making a positive contribution to their communities. Small World comprises 33 brands, 16 of which are new to Mr Porter, and more than 300 expertly crafted and responsibly made products across ready-to-wear, accessories, grooming and homeware. To celebrate, Mr Porter has also partnered with Swiss watch brand Bovet to launch the Monsieur Bovet Hand-Wound Watch, limited to only 10 pieces and featuring hand-engraved tattoo-inspired designs on a white gold case.

Good sports

Following the launch of its highly acclaimed sport-luxury Tonda GT collection last year, Parmigiani Fleurier has expanded the Tondagraph GT sub-family with two new bicolour dials. The Tondagraph GT Steel Silver Black and Tondagraph GT Rose Gold Silver Black both feature the classical and crowd-pleasing bicolour style of a silvered main dial and a trio of black subdials, the former with a polished and satin-finished steel case and rhodium-plated appliques with black luminescent coating and the latter with a polished and satin-finished rose gold case and rose gold appliques with black luminescent coating.

Love island

Travel is on everyone’s mind. Whether you’re off to distant locales or somewhere a little closer to home, Tod’s Island capsule collection, created in collaboration with Italian illustrator Andrea Tarella, takes its wearers to dreamy tropical destinations. Raffia totes and sandals are offered in army green, lavender and bright red while Tarella’s imagination of a magical island sees trainers and a bag decorated with mermaids and a brilliant rose-hued sky. Even if it might be a rose-tinted view of the season, we’re taking what we can get.
