The Lounge, JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong
Cosy and laid back, The Lounge is the perfect backdrop for a casual Sunday Champagne Brunch. Request a seat near the floor-to-ceiling windows so you can get a slice of the city’s view alongside your glasses of champagne. The buffet offers a range of goodies from Boston lobsters and king crab legs to premium caviar and pan-fried duck foie gras and, need we say, plenty of champagne for everyone. The caving station serves up ribeye steak and New Zealand lamb rack, right alongside a selection of hot dishes. Wrap up the meal with an assortment of sweet treats from the dessert spread.
Located in LKF tower with a view overlooking the central cityscape, the Porterhouse is the perfect place to kickstart a weekend of city exploration. The Seafood Spectacular Porterhouse Brunch, as the name suggests, features a medley of fresh oysters, lobsters and other shellfish. There’s also an impressive selection of salads, from leafy greens to Asian-inspired, plus a number of hot dishes and a carvery station. Wrap up the afternoon with a sampling of homemade cakes, tarts and ice cream. Be sure to upgrade your weekend experience with a free flow of Taittinger Brut Reserve champagne. The Porterhouse brunch is available on both Saturdays and Sundays.
On weekends and public holidays, head to MO Bar between 11:30 to 3:30 for their seasonal brunch. Currently on the menu is the Autumn Wine Harvest Brunch, featuring shared appetisers, a selection of main courses and a dessert platter. Expect to sample a number of dishes created with seasonal ingredients along with brunch classics like Lobster Eggs Benedict and prime sirloin steak. Aside from its selection of free-flow sustainable and organic wines, there’s also the option of endless Moët & Chandon champagne and cocktails.
